A shipboard survey paired with 3D laser scanning is at the heart of the engineering process. The available space is meticulously measured based on which we create a basic design wherein the key elements are represented in the scanned picture, demonstrating to the shipowner how and where the system may be installed. After the shipping company has accepted the engineered concepts, detailed drawings for all needed pipes and foundations are developed. An engineering package is then created which may be utilized for fabrication or to compare quotes from shipyards.

We assist in the preparation of P&ID, pipe routing, clash checking, preparation of spool drawings and preparation of material specifications are our forte.

Whether its the piping design for scrubbers, ballast water treatment systems or a new build project, we are ready for our next challenging project.

Recognizing the challenges for shipowners, we offer assistance and guidance to help owners reduce the operational effect of these retrofits and keep budgets to a minimum level while achieving compliance. We have validated our approach on over ten compliance retrofit projects, customizing it to the owner's specific requirements.

Structural Detailing & Drafting

Detailed drawings and fabrication drawings can be time consuming. We can deliver technical details drawings in accordance with the company quality procedures, including machining tolerances, welded or bolted connections details and BOM list.
